| We decided to suspend the publication of "JJAP AM-FPD Special Issue" in 2018, and issue the endorsement letters for excellent papers to "IEEE Journal Electron Device Society" (J-EDS) or "ECS Journal Solid State Science and Technology" (JSS). |
