| * | For VISA applications, AM-FPD is able to issue an invitation letter for your attending the conference. We will inform you of our policy in issuing invitation letter. |

| (2) | The paper accepted after our committee reviewing the paper |
| (3) | To have "Acceptance Notification" sent by the secretariat |
In the case that you do not satisfy the above requirements, we cannot issue invitation letter.
